The Lilacs maintain their ‘Good’ rating from CQC

Well done to The Lilacs team in Exeter for maintaining their 'Good' rating from CQC, in all 5 Key Lines of Enquiry. The feedback provided to CQC from residents, their families, visitors and health professionals was overwhelmingly positive. One relative commented 'It's small enough to be like a family - it's like a home, not an institution.' Another said 'When I come in, it's like coming into Mum's house - we are so grateful for your care of our dear Mum.'
