We’re so proud of our Kent House team for achieving ‘Good’ ratings in all key lines of enquiry, following an unannounced CQC inspection in January. A resident who was interviewed during the inspection, commented ‘The staff are so lovely, caring and kind, you couldn’t ask for better.’ The report went on to say that there was a strong, visible person-centred culture, evident from all staff within all roles. Through conversations with staff, the CQC inspector could see that staff were committed, kind and compassionate torwards the residents in their care. One of our team commented ‘My job is my life. I do love care.’
