Chef Pati wanted to go all out for the 'Wimbledon Celebrations' and was serving up Eton mess and zero stress - the real queen of sweet treats at The Manor! We did however have to serve up a warning for some of our residents- Warning! Eton mess cakes may cause uncontrollable smiling and spontaneous whipped cream mustaches.
