Fireworks at Chollacott House

Staff and residents at Chollacott House and Drake enjoyed a wonderful fireworks display last night, from the warmth and comfort of the conservatory, whilst listening to 'The Phantom of the Opera.' Butternut squash and Chili Soup was served, followed by Parkin, a cake inextricably linked to the Guy Fawkes celebration, with the 'Parkin' being representative of the bonfire.
