High Tea for Mother’s Day in Westward Ho!

Donnington House and Primrose House in Westward Ho! will be celebrating Mother’s Day on Sunday, by serving a delicious high tea to residents and their visitors, from 4.30pm. Everyone welcome. Please let Mary the manager know, if you would like to attend.

Stonehaven Run 10k for Age UK Exeter

Four members of the Stonehaven Support Team – Nathan (Director), Naomi (Finance), Mathilde (Purchasing) and Emily (Marketing) –  are recovering this morning after running 10k through Exeter yesterday, raising money for Age UK Exeter. Sponsorship is still coming in but we hope to top £1,000. Over 600 runners took part in the event, raising a total of £22,000 for a very worthwhile casue.

Farewell to Glynis

The staff and residents of Chollacott House in Tavistock, recently bid a fond farewell to Glynis Grace, who has been a carer at the home for the past 15 years. She was presented with a bronze hare from everyone at Stonehaven. We wish Glynis a very happy retirement and hope she pops in to see us from time to time!

Stonehaven Support Team raising money for Age UK Exeter

Four members of the Stonehaven Support team based in Buckfastleigh will be running the ’80’s Retro Run’ on Sunday 19th March. This is a 10km run around Exeter City Centre, along the canal paths, with the finish line at Exeter Quay. Through sponsorship, we will be raising money for Age UK Exeter. Come along and support us!
