World Alzheimers Month Baton relay

It's World Alzheimers Month and Exeter Dementia Action Alliance organised a baton relay around Exeter to mark and to celebrate memories of people who lived or are living with dementia in this special year as the Lord Mayor's Charity. The Lilacs were lucky enough to be included.
